3 Year Caddy Review

We have been a caddy for 3 years. The first part was to be trained before we became a caddy here at first, so we have practiced for a little bit, almost 3 weeks (depending on whether the class is fast or slow, if fast, can start work early). Practice from 07: 00 to 8: 30, but it's been a while. Have to be patient, practice because we start from 0, so get a long time training.

After training, you start working. The first day on the job, the job of being a new kid might be a little sluggish. We can tell you that we're a new caddy. Some of you might not be okay.

For a new caddy, some people are okay. In the early days of being a new child, we used to find work to cry with a Japanese master who can't speak English, and we can't communicate with you. I don't understand. Mr. Ween, we are very hard to hear, but the mannerisms are very clear, but we have been patient until the end of the job. We have been able to do it for a while, knowing that if the caddy is not okay with you, we can notify the boss to change the caddy, or you are not satisfied, the caddy can ask to change the caddy (but will not get a baht that day) P.S. If we know that we can do this on that day, we will not endure 🤭. This kind of work, meet strangers every day, different habits, if not our own regular master. We must have skills in many areas, work, proper speech, emotional control. But I can tell you that most of you are cute, kind, everyone has a lot of fun. Average income per day 800 baht, including tips. We work an average of 4 days per week. Each income field is not the same, depending on the person. My personal opinion is that the service puppet looks contribute to getting more tips.
