🌱 good habits that will allow us to exercise continuously.
Want to be fit, want to be healthy, but why start whenever you stop in the middle of the way?
It's not really just a matter of discipline, it's a "little habit" that we can adjust every day. 💪✨
Take a look at these habits... If you can do 3-5 things, the body will definitely love exercise!

1) Set small and feasible goals
Instead of "going to exercise every day"
Turn it into "10 minutes is enough today."
A small target will take us a lot easier.

2) Do it at the same time every day
