ถ้าเสิร์ชหา “tomato matcha” แล้วอยากรู้ว่าร้าน Tomato Matcha Bar Green Park ที่เชียงใหม่เป็นยังไง บอกเลยว่าร้านนี้เหมาะมากกับคนที่อยากได้มัทฉะแบบ “กลิ่นชาชัด” แต่ดื่มง่าย ไม่ต้องฝืนใจค่ะ ตัวร้านค่อนข้างเล็ก ฟีลซื้อแล้วถือเดิน/ขึ้นรถต่อ (เหมาะกับ take away) แต่รสชาติทำถึงเกินไซซ์ร้านจริงๆ สิ่งที่เราชอบคือโทนมัทฉะของที่นี่ออกแนวเข้มละมุน ไม่หวานนำ และไม่ขมโดด เวลาได้แก้วมาแรกๆ จะได้กลิ่นชาเขียวชัดมาก พอดื่มแล้วจะมีความนัวๆ ตามมา เหมาะกับทั้งคนเริ่มกินมัทฉะและคนที่ชอบแนวญี่ปุ่นที่ไม่หวานจัด ทริคสั่งให้ถูกใจ (โดยเฉพาะคนไม่ชอบหวาน) - ถ้าอยากให้ “ชาชัด” แนะนำสั่งหวานน้อย หรือไม่หวานไปเลย เพราะร้านทำมาไม่หวานอยู่แล้ว จะยิ่งได้กลิ่นมัทฉะเต็มๆ - ถ้าปกติคุณกินมัทฉะแล้วรู้สึกขมง่าย ลองสั่งแบบนม (latte) ก่อน จะบาลานซ์รสให้ละมุนขึ้น แต่ยังได้ความเข้มของชา - คนชอบสายคลีน/สดชื่น ลองแนวมัทฉะน้ำ (ไม่ใส่นม) จะได้ความหอมและโทนชาเด่นกว่า แต่แนะนำให้เริ่มจากระดับที่ดื่มง่ายก่อน เรื่องราคาและความคุ้ม ราคาที่ร้านเริ่มประมาณหลักสิบ (ประมาณ 55–100 บาท) ซึ่งถือว่าดีมากเมื่อเทียบกับรสชาติและคุณภาพที่ได้ เหมาะกับการแวะซื้อเป็นแก้วประจำระหว่างเที่ยวเชียงใหม่ หรือไปคาเฟ่ฮอปปิ้งต่อก็ยังไหว การเดินทาง/ที่จอดรถ/เวลา จากที่ไปมา ร้านมีที่จอดรถ ทำให้แวะสะดวกกว่าหลายร้านในเมือง และเวลาเปิดปิดประมาณ 08.00–19.00 น. ใครชอบไปเช้าๆ ก่อนเริ่มทริป หรือแวะช่วงบ่ายก็ลงตัวค่ะ ถ้าคุณกำลังเลือก “ร้านมัทฉะเชียงใหม่ที่ต้องลอง” แล้วอยากเริ่มจากร้านที่ไม่เสี่ยงผิดหวัง แนะนำ Tomato Matcha Bar Green Park เป็นลิสต์ต้นๆ เลย เพราะรสชาติไปทางเข้ม-ละมุน ดื่มง่าย และราคาเป็นมิตรมากๆ
