My Vision Board For 2024
2024 is here! I am so excited to use the new year as an opportunity to keep making myself better! 😊
•Gym Consistency- I have been going to the gym for a year now but I have been not super consistent. I will have a month where I am super motivated then I end up not going for a few weeks.
• Less Screen Time- In 2023 I got better at lowering my screen time. I was averaging 10-12 hours a day at the beginning of the year and now I am at about 2-3 hours a day. I would like to keep this screen time consistent, and I will help myself to do this by reading more. I recently started reading again and I want to keep it going throughout the year.
• Drinking 1 gallon of water- I want to start drinking more water for many reasons. Not only will it help my skin and give me more energy through the day, but also it will help keep me full so I’m not constantly feeling hungry when I’m just bored and binging on snacks.
• Self Growth Podcasts- I would like to start listening to podcasts that will help me grow in many ways. I started listening to a few podcasts over the summer but I would like to actually apply what I listen to to better my life.
•Taking Care of My Skin- I have had a skincare routine for about a year now and I will never go back. I have struggled with acne since I was about 11 and I have finally cleared most of my acne and only have a few blemishes here and there. I want to continue this and be sure to do it every single night no matter how tired I am.
•One Dedicated Day For Self Care- I want to spend one day where I am fully caring for myself and calming myself. Especially with the second half of my senior year creeping around the corner this week I will need as much zen as I can get lol.
•Learning to Love Myself- I need to learn to love myself and to take care of myself. I also need to become more independent. I am going off to college this summer so I need to be able to take care of myself and love myself. I bring my little brother almost everywhere I go and literally just learned to do simple things for myself like depositing money into my bank account! This is the year I become independent and love myself for me.

These practices can complement your goals by fostering a positive mindset, enhancing self-love, and promoting emotional well-being. Furthermore, setting small, realistic targets regarding water intake and screen time can foster positive habits that lead to long-term success. Remember, the journey to self-improvement is not a sprint but a continuous path. Let your vision board be a daily reminder of your aspirations, helping you to align your actions with your goals.
