CAN'T EVEN POOP AT MY WORKPLACE?

I'm finally back after a break from everything so far, want to post things more consistently now but I still have yet to find a niche! But I just wanted to share my experience with my ex-company that I have left for about 3 months now!
It was my first ever proper office job where it's 9am to 6.30pm, 1 weekday and 1 weekend off. Bosses made it clear that there is no progression but there's increment every year depending on performance and mileage as well. Down to job scope, everyone's job scope is the same which is to reply clients messages on WA until there's no unread messages at 6.30pm. (yes it sounds really boring 😂).
Reason why I decided to apply and go into this is because I wanted to try out a corporate job and if it is suitable for me and I saw the hiring poster on their website was really attractive. BUT I decided to leave after 6 months. I realised this place was not it, people were not as nice as I thought. Company was all about money and wants every employee to be money driven.
It left me in a PTSD state and I remember crashing out in this job AFTER my review with some of the colleagues I worked with and both bosses. That colleague literally said "I realised that you reports at 8:56am and you'll always go to the toilet until 9.06am and start work. In a week, you have wasted 50 mins". My jaw dropped, like are you listening to what you're saying? I can't even go and poop and I have to report out loud that I need to poop to the entire office? and the bosses just nodded and laugh which was insane. My brain literally shut down and I just told myself no way I'm staying here with this level of toxicity......
But on the bright side, I've my girls there which I truly appreciate and treasure because they've been there since day 1 in this job and we became really good friends🩷
So please know your worth and not stay in a company that people gossips and fake that they like you but they don't and not just because of money!

From my experience, dealing with a toxic work environment where even basic human needs like bathroom breaks were scrutinized can be incredibly damaging to your mental health. I found that having supportive colleagues made a huge difference, though. Friendship at work helped me cope with the daily pressures and reminded me that I wasn’t alone. This can be crucial if you’re stuck in a similar situation. On the topic of bathroom habits at work, whether you prefer privacy or feel more comfortable with a familiar friend nearby, it’s important for companies to respect personal boundaries. Everyone needs a moment to decompress, and forcing employees to justify these can be a form of disrespect. If you ever feel monitored or pressured about natural breaks, remember that it’s your right to take care of your health without embarrassment or guilt. Your well-being should always be the priority. Since leaving that job, I’ve embraced a healthier lifestyle focused on balance and happiness. These small shifts have helped me recover from the stress and find joy again. In conclusion, never settle for a workplace that disregards your dignity, and always seek environments where you feel respected and valued fully as a person, not just for your output.
