... Read moreLife has a way of surprising us with both challenges and triumphs, and I’ve found that embracing each moment truly helps to appreciate the journey. Celebrating my oldest child's straight A’s made me reflect on the importance of supporting kids academically while nurturing their mental health. Starting therapy was a pivotal step for me—it’s amazing how talking openly about feelings and experiences can lead to growth and healing. Maintaining a happy marriage amid life’s changes requires effort and communication, which I’ve recently prioritized more than ever. Receiving an autism diagnosis (or at least an initial understanding) for my youngest child opened new doors to tailored support and deeper empathy. It reminded me how crucial it is to advocate for children’s individual needs and celebrate their unique traits. A recent promotion at work was also a rewarding affirmation that perseverance pays off, balancing career ambitions while managing family life. Through it all, keeping faith and gratitude at the center has been my anchor. Sharing these moments with others allows us to connect and inspire, proving that even amidst unpredictability, there’s growth, joy, and hope. What milestones or changes have shaped your life lately? Let’s continue this conversation and support each other on our paths.

It’s been a while..
Just wanted to give an update. Updated my glam routine, did a great silk press but it rained today 🫠 I used the wow dreamcoat for curly hair. I was torn at first but I think I know John Frieda and the L’Oréal heat protectant works better. I’ll be trying that next time. I might consider even

My endometriosis journey started February 2022, and now 2 years later after so much pain, tears, ER visits, and research, I finally gotten the relief I thought wasn’t achievable when I was in the thick of it. All without a reproductive endocrinologist (though I do see my first one next week), but l

What it’s been like dating in the COMMUNITY 🏳️‍🌈✨
Dating in the community for me as a #blacklesbian has probably been the most treacherous experience I’ve had since starting dating. 📝Side note: I dated (and using this word very lightly) men previous to my last relationship to my ex-girlfriend. So dating women is a whole new thing for me.

how I maintain my friendships while being BUSY 🌿🌸✨
I've been prioritizing friendships a LOT this year. I realized just how important it is to have solid connections in my life! With that being said... nurturing relationships take time. I have a lot of things I want to pursue (9-5, content creation, other hobbies) and with that, often have a pac
