The date will be much easier to read, so please take advantage of it 🫶
① Align the date range
② Open "Format Cells" with Ctrl + 1
③ Select "User Defined" in the Display Format tab
④ If you select "yyyy / m / d" and add m and d one by one, the digits will be neatly aligned!
★ Select [$-en-JP] ggge "year" m "month" d "day" and add e, m and d one by one to align the digits by the date of the year

Excelで日付の形式を整える際、和暦の表示がうまくいかず悩んだ経験はありませんか？私も最初は「エクセル 日付 和暦 にならない」現象 に直面しましたが、セルの書式設定でユーザー定義を活用することで解決できました。 たとえば「yyyy/m/d」形式は一見便利ですが、月や日の桁がバラバラで見づらいことも。そこで、mやdをひとつ追加して「yyyy/mm/dd」と指定すると、すべてのセルで桁がそろい見た目が格段にアップ！ 和暦表示なら「[$-ja-JP]ggge"年"m"月"d"日"」のように設定すると、令和などの年号も自動表示され、書類作成時の生年月日入力でも綺麗に統一できます。なお、年だけ和暦表示を反映したい場合は、種類に「[$-ja-JP]ggge"年"」を指定して対応が可能です。 また、和暦の日付表示が期待通りにならない時はPCの地域設定やExcelのバージョンもチェックしてみてください。手動入力の令和や平成の「令和手動」問題もこの設定でほぼクリアできます。 こうした設定を知っておくだけで、書類の見栄えがよくなり、昇進した際のプレゼン資料作成や日常のExcel業務がグッと効率的になります。私もこの方法で残業時間が減り、プライベートも充実しましたので、ぜひ試してみてくださいね！
