Excelで隣接する複数の表がシート上に並ぶ場合、行を追加すると隣の表もずれてしまい、書式や集計に支障が出ることがあります。そんな時は、一部の列だけを選択して行の追加を行うと隣の表を維持したまま作業できるので大変便利です。 具体的には、まず追加したい範囲の列のデータを選択し、右クリックメニューから『挿入』を選ぶか、ショートカットキーを活用して素早く行を増やします。こうすることで、隣接する他の列や表には影響がありません。 私も以前は、シート内の売上推移表や帳票作成の際に普通に 行を追加して隣の表がずれてしまう問題に悩んでいました。しかしこの一部列の挿入テクニックを知ってからはミスが減り、作業時間も大幅に短縮できています。 また、Excelのセルを追加する際には、隣接セルに数式や参照がある場合には特に注意が必要です。数式が飛び地にならないよう範囲を確認しながら部分的に行列を増やす方法を活用しましょう。 OCRのキーワードにもあった通り、ユーフォニアムやトロンボーンなど楽器名のリスト管理のような特定の表形式を崩さずにデータを編集したい時にも役立つテクニックです。仕事の効率アップや残業削減に貢献できるので、ぜひ試してみてください。
