大量データを比較するとき、私が一番つまずいたのは「比較したい列が離れている」「行数が多すぎて目視はムリ」問題でした。そんなときに便利なのが、相違（違うセル）だけを一発で拾うショートカットです。 ■左右のデータの違いを一瞬で見つける（Ctrl+¥） 1) まず比較したい範囲を選択します。表全体なら Ctrl + A でOK。 2) そのまま Ctrl + ¥ を押します。 → 左右（同じ行内）で値が違うセルだけが選択されます。大量データでも「違うところだけ」見えるので、間違い探しが一気にラクになります。 ■うまく反応しないときのチェックポイント ・選択範囲がズレている：比較したい2列（または複数列）が同じ行数で選べているか確認します。 ・空白やスペースが混ざっている：見た目は同じでも、半角スペースがあると相違になります。違いが出たセルはダブルクリックして中身を確認すると早いです。 ・数値と文字列の違い：数字に見えても文字列扱いだと相違判定になることがあります。 ■「検索」もショートカットで時短（大量データ向け） 相違セルが見つかったら、次は原因を探すことが多いので検索もセットで覚えると便利でした。 ・検索を開く：Ctrl + F ・置換を開く：Ctrl + H 例えば、相違セルに特定の支店名や記号が混ざっているとき、Ctrl+Fで一括検索→該当箇所だけ確認、の流れが速いです。 ■私のおすすめ運用（ミスを減らすコツ） ①まず Ctrl+A → Ctrl+¥ で相違セルだけ拾う ②相違セルが多い場合は、検索（Ctrl+F）で共通の文字や表記ゆれを当てにいく ③最後に相違セルだけ目視で確認して修正 目視で全部追うより、「相違を抽出→検索で原因特定」の順にすると、作業時間も残業もかなり減りました。大量データの比較や突合せが多い人ほど、ぜひ試してみてください。
