Excelで膨大なデータの違いを見つけるのは手間がかかると思っていた私ですが、このショートカットを知ってからは作業が格段に楽になりました。特に、比較したい列が離れていてもCtrlやShiftを活用してまとめて選択できるので、手動でのチェックミスが減り効率的です。 また、英字キーボード利用の場合に注意したいバックスラッシュ（\）の位置も覚えておくと便利です。ショートカットは「Ctrl＋A」で全選択し、その後「Ctrl＋¥」を押すだけで差異部分だけをハイライトできるので、一瞬で違いが分かります。 私の場合はCSVファイルのデータをUTF-8で読み込んだり、MATCH関数と組み合わせての活用もしており、 業務効率化に直結しています。エクセルの相違チェックを手軽にしたい方にぜひ試していただきたい技です。 この方法で毎日の残業時間もかなり短縮でき、ストレスなくデータ比較が行えるようになりました。明日からぜひ使ってみてください！
