Excelで図形内に文字を入力する際、テキストボックスや標準の図形編集機能でうまく編集できないことがあります。私も最初は操作に戸惑いましたが、簡単な手順を知ることでストレスなく作業ができるようになりました。 例えば、図形を選択してから直接文字を入力するだけでは編集ができなかったり、文字が入らないことがあります。その際は図形をダブルクリックし、テキスト編集モードに切り替える必要があります。もし編集ができない場合は、図形の種類やExcelのバージョンによっても挙動が異なるため、メニューの「テキストボックスの編集」や「図形の書式設定」から調整してみてください。 さらに、図形内の文字の位置やフォントサイズを変更することで、見た目も整いやすくなり ます。活用例として私は、プレゼン資料の見出しや表の強調部分に図形を使って効率的に情報を伝えられるよう工夫しています。 また、OCRで識別されたキーワード「検索文字」や「Microsoft Excel」などからも分かる通り、検索したい文字列が図形に重なって表示されるケースもあります。あらかじめ文字の配置を工夫し、背景色や文字色を変えると視認性が上がり、業務効率アップにもつながりました。 わこさんの投稿のように、こうした小技を覚えることで残業時間も減り、仕事がぐっとラクになるはずです。ぜひ試してみてください！
