Excelで数式を効率よく確認することで、入力ミスの早期発見や修正がぐっと楽になります。特に複雑な計算式が多い場合、セルの中身を直接見るだけではなく、数式表示に切り替えることが重要。私も最初は手作業で一つずつ数式を確認していましたが、ある日Ctrl + Shift + @（OCRからのヒント）を使ったショートカットを知ってからは、作業時間が大幅に短縮されました。数式表示にするには、Excelの「数式」タブから「数式の表示」をクリックするだけで、ワークシート全体のセルの内容が数式に切り替わります。これにより、間違いがないかのチェックが一目でできるので便利です。 さらに、この機能を使うと歩掛計算のような積算処理のセルも一括で確認でき、多くの数式を含む資料作成の際にも心強い味方になります。 また、エクセルのステータスバーや数式の横に表示されるビックリマークの意味も知っておくとトラブル回避に役立ちます。数式のビックリマークはエラーの可能性を知らせているため、これに注意を払うことで不正確な計算を防げます。さらに、セル表示の切り替えショートカットや表示設定を覚えておくと、プロジェクトの請求書作成時など複雑な数式管理がぐっとラクになります。私はこの方法を使い始めて、仕事の効率だけでなく、残業時間の削減にも役立てています。Excelを使う全ての方にこのテクニックをおすすめします！
