私は資料修正のとき、ついマウスでクリックしてカーソルを合わせがちでした。でも細かい修正ほど「探してクリック→ズレてやり直し」が増えて、地味に時間が溶けます。そこで“キーボードだけで移動＆選択”を徹底したら、体感で編集スピードがかなり上がりました。 まず基本は、行の端へ一瞬で飛ぶ操作です。行頭はHome（ノートPCだとFn＋←の場合あり）、行末はEnd（Fn＋→の場合あり）。文章の頭に戻って見出しを直したい、文末に追記したい…が1秒でできます。 次に「単語単位」での移動。Ctrl＋←/→で、1文字ずつではなく単語の区切りごとにジャンプできます。長い文章で誤字を探すときや、文章の途中に語句を差し込むときに便利です。 選択（範囲指定）もセットで覚えるとさらに時短になります。Shift＋矢印で文字を連続選択、Ctrl＋Shift＋←/→で単語単位の選択。言い回しを丸ごと入れ替えるとき、同じ単語をまとめて削除するときにすごく楽です。「消す→打ち直す」の前に、まずは正確に選べるのが大事だと感じました。 “全選択”をしたいならCtrl＋A。部分的な修正だけじゃなく、フォントや行間を一括で整えるときにも使えます。 マウスなし操作つながりで、右クリックが必要な場面はキーボードでも代用できます。WindowsならShift＋F10、またはキーボードの「メニュー」キーでコンテキストメニューを開けます（機種によってはFn操作が必要）。 最後に私の練習方法。いきなり全部覚えるより、①Home/End②Ctrl＋矢印③Ctrl＋Shift＋矢印の順で、よく使う場面だけ置き換えるのがおすすめです。1週間くらい意識すると“手が勝手に動く”ようになって、マウスでの微調整が激減しました。
