Excelでセルにフォーカスを当てた際に行と列をハイライト表示する設定は、とても便利で作業効率が上がります。私もこの機能を使い始めてからは、特にデータ入力や表の確認作業で迷いが減りました。 設定方法は簡単で、Excelの『表示』タブにあるオプションから『作業中のアクティブセルの列と行を強調表示します。』にチェックを入れるだけで完了します。バージョンによっては機能が非表示の場合が あるので、その際はファイルタブのアカウントからバージョンを確認し、最新の更新プログラムを適用してください。 ショートカットキーでもON/OFFを切り替えできるため、状況に応じて使い分けるのがおすすめです。たとえば、Altキー＋W＋E＋Fを順に押すとハイライトが切り替わります。 また、一度この機能に慣れると、行や列の見落としがなくなり、作業スピードが格段にアップしました。特に大きな表や複雑なデータ分析を行う方にはぜひ試してほしい機能です。 これからもExcelの便利なショートカットや設定を活用して、仕事の効率化を目指していきましょう！
