TH | Hidden Natural Spring in Khao Yai

We dropped by here for a quick look at this natural spring before heading over to the Hokkaido Flower Park, and honestly, it was such a refreshing stop! 💧

📍Ban Tha Chang Spring is a scenic spot with beautiful ponds fed by a natural spring. The water is usually crystal clear, shimmering in shades of emerald and turquoise! 😍 You can soak your feet, dip in for a swim, or just enjoy the calm, peaceful vibe surrounded by nature.

🛶 Feeling a bit adventurous? There’s also a kayaking zone nearby where you can rent a kayak for a small fee and paddle around.

Tip: If you’re visiting during the rainy season (or right after a downpour), the water might turn a little murky and you won’t be able to see the clear bottom but it’s still a lovely spot to unwind and connect with nature.

Many travelers share that dipping their feet into the cool, emerald waters after a long hike rejuvenates the body and mind instantly. For those who love a bit of adventure, renting a kayak to glide across the tranquil spring ponds adds an exciting perspective to the experience. It's helpful to know that during the rainy season the water might lose its usual crystal clarity, but the calming vibe remains intact, making it an ideal spot for meditation or simply enjoying the gentle sounds of nature. Nearby, you’ll also find other attractions like the Secret Art Garden and the Tha Khao Waterfall, enriching your day trip to Khao Yai. For visitors planning their trip, entrance fees are generally modest, and tickets can often be purchased on-site without hassle. Many travelers recommend visiting Ban Tha Chang Spring early in the day to avoid crowds and capture the best photos of the shimmering turquoise waters. Whether you're visiting from Bangkok or elsewhere, this hidden natural spring is a refreshing and serene destination that’s well worth the visit.
