I Bought a Grandview in Vegas for $10k; annual fees are now $237. With RCI points, I snag 3+ trips yearly. Some resorts cost just 7k points/week, plus $299 exchange fees. Buying weeks outright ($300–$500 for 2BR suites in popular spots) cuts out extra costs.
