Motherhood 🥰🫶✨

... Read moreMotherhood is a unique and transformative experience that shapes not only the lives of mothers but also their families. Every day presents a new set of challenges and joys, from the early morning chaos of getting toddlers ready to the small victories found in everyday moments. One of the keys to enjoying motherhood is to embrace the positives and learn to navigate the tougher times. Daily writing or journaling can serve as an excellent outlet for expressing the myriad emotions that come with parenting. It allows mothers to reflect on their feelings, track personal growth, and celebrate milestones, both large and small. Creating a cozy and welcoming environment at home is also crucial for both mothers and children. Incorporating DIY decor projects inspired by your children can foster a sense of joy and create a special bond. Kids love to express their creativity, and simple art projects can make beautiful additions to your home while providing memorable parenting moments. Additionally, while toddlers may keep you on your toes, they also encourage creativity in other areas, including playtime and crafts. Engaging your little ones through shared reading sessions, DIY activities, or even collaborative journaling can deepen connections and promote learning. Remember, the essence of motherhood lies in cherishing these moments, staying positive, and allowing for personal growth amidst the beautiful chaos.

Things normalized in motherhood that aren’t normal
There’s a-lot more we go through that stays unsaid. We need to share more of those realistic moments and know we are all struggling in the same way, it’s sad that society has made these common and normalized in motherhood. It’s just another reason to believe that we are amazing.🩷

Raising a bully 🚫
Tips to AVOID raising a bully 🚫.. I think that ultimately parenting is so difficult because we want to raise STRONG and RESILIENT children who are also KIND and CONSIDERATE. But how do we do this when we don’t want to raise “people-pleasers”? I’d love to hear your opinions on this topic

Motherhood & grieving
My first year of motherhood and first year of grieving was much more than I could have ever prepared for. Bringing my son into a world without his daddy was the toughest journey I’ve ever had to endure. I still cry, I still struggle, I still get knocked down, but I always find a way to pick myself

When a child struggles to leave the park, it’s not defiance — it’s a developmental challenge. Young children need help moving from one activity to another, especially when they’re deeply engaged in play. Timers help. Choices help. But most of all — connection helps. By getting down to thei

Always talk to your baby’s pediatrician before giving them any medication and if you notice any fever or difficulty breathing. It’s better to be safe. If they have a fever I found it very helpful giving them a bath (not too cold). I like to have my son on a shirt and I keep him with lightweight
