Reflecting on a long-term relationship, especially one spanning 15 years and involving multiple moves and life changes, brings a lot of wisdom and appreciation for partnership. Being married while balancing roles like a police officer and a stay-at-home mom is no small feat. It requires constant communication, trust, and mutual support. This story highlights not only the celebration of love through milestones like marriage and parenthood—with two children and the experience of a miscarriage—but also the strength found in facing transitions, such as relocating between states and coping with the unique challenges of military life at Ft.
