Luang Prabang: A Journey of Mekong

This trip begins in Vientiane, a calmer and warmer capital than thought. ✈️
I arrived in Vientiane in the morning and connected the Lao-China high-speed train heading to Luang Prabang. 🚄
The journey was very smooth and comfortable. It took only a few hours to reach the dream city amid the mountains and fog.
When he arrived, he rented a car to drive by himself.
Because each point in Luang Prabang is not far apart, and the route is so beautiful that I want to park every ten kilometers to take pictures. ☀️
🌺 Day 1 Old Town Vibes
Start with a walk in the old urban area, visit the Wat Xieng Thong Temple.
The golden temple is illuminated by the incredibly calm and magnificent Mekong River.
The sound of the wind blowing through the bell, the sound of a soft prayer, made it feel like time stopped spinning.
Then stop by for lunch in the city before staying back.

💧 Day 2 Kuang Si Falls Dream
On the second day, drive out of town to Kuang Si Falls.
Clear blue water streams cascade in layers among lush forests.
Anyone who loves nature will definitely love this place. The water is so fresh that he wants to soak in water all day. 🌊
Before returning, stop by for a coffee and walk to see the bamboo fair.

🌤 Final Day: Slow Down & Soak It All In
Before you go back and sit by the Mekong again.
Look at the wooden boat floating through. The morning sun hits the surface of the glittering water.
And immediately understand why everyone says, "Luang Prabang is a city that slows down time."
