Strawberry butter ganache brownies

Strawberry Butter Ganache Brownies 💘

Because nothing says be mine like fudgy brownies stuffed with strawberries and drenched in butter ganache.

Save this for Valentine’s Day baking or make them just because you deserve it 💌

Ingredients:

• 1 box Betty Crocker Supreme Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix

• Fresh strawberries, quartered

• ½ cup butter

• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

• Melted chocolate (for drizzle)

• Oreo cookie crumbs

• Optional: extra strawberries for topping

Instructions:

1. Bake brownie mix in a quarter sheet pan according to box directions. Let cool completely. (I baked mine for about 20 minutes on 350°F. But always check with a toothpick and make sure it comes out clean.)

2. Carefully cut the brownie in half horizontally.

Layer quartered strawberries evenly over the bottom half.

3. Melt butter and pour over chocolate chips. Microwave in short bursts if needed (about 15 seconds) and whisk until smooth.

4. Pour butter ganache over the strawberries.

Place the top half of the brownie back on and refrigerate 20–30 minutes until set.

5. Slice into bars, drizzle with melted chocolate, sprinkle with Oreo crumbs, and top with a fresh strawberry if desired.

Sweet, fudgy, and totally Valentine-approved 💕🍓

... Read moreI recently tried making these strawberry butter ganache brownies, and let me tell you, they were a game-changer in the dessert department. What I love most about this recipe is how it combines the fudgy texture of a classic Betty Crocker chocolate chunk brownie base with the fresh, juicy bite of quartered strawberries nestled between the layers. Adding the butter ganache on top not only complements the strawberries but elevates the overall richness, making each bite incredibly indulgent. One tip I learned while preparing this is to bake the brownies just until a toothpick comes out clean with a few moist crumbs. This ensures the brownie remains moist and fudgy rather than dry and cakey. After baking, letting the brownies cool completely before slicing them horizontally was essential to prevent crumbling. Melting the butter with semi-sweet chocolate chips to create the ganache was surprisingly easy. Using short bursts in the microwave and stirring ensures a smooth, glossy finish without burning the chocolate. Pouring this ganache over the strawberries sealed in their flavor and added that luscious buttery touch. I also added a drizzle of melted chocolate on top and sprinkled some Oreo cookie crumbs for a subtle crunch and contrast in flavor. The fresh strawberry garnish was the perfect final touch for Valentine’s Day presentation, but honestly, these brownies are so good they can be enjoyed any time you want a special treat. This recipe is a great option if you’re looking to impress without spending hours in the kitchen. It’s approachable, uses mostly store-bought ingredients, and yields a dessert that feels homemade and luxurious. Whether for a romantic occasion or just because you deserve a sweet moment, these strawberry butter ganache brownies hit the spot every time.
