✨Share experience using direct CJ services
CJ is a store we visit a lot... but there's one thing we want to improve. 🥹
We are one who likes to eat BAO CAFÉ coffee very much. ☕️
And I like to buy things at CJ because many things are cheaper than others, making it a place that we keep visiting.
But there's one thing we feel... not quite okay.
Is about employee service.
At first we thought, or maybe it's just a branch around our house? 🤔
But when I had the opportunity to talk to others who were shopping in CJ too, I heard a rather similar comment:
"Some branches of service are still not very impressive."
But I repeat, we do not include all employees.
Because of the good-serving, good-talking and customer-conscious staff, we've met, too. ❤️
This post doesn't want to drama or particularly blame anyone.
We just felt that if the company had a little more training or review of customer service and care,
Because sometimes what brings customers back to the service is not just about price.
But it's a good feeling to walk out of the store.
CJ already has an interesting product, price and location.
If you add a little more service...
You can become a store that customers "want to enter" rather than a store that just "has to enter because it's cheap." 😊
Leave it as a small voice from one of the customers.
Actually, I'd like to see CJ be a better place to serve. ❤️
จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ได้ใช้บริการ CJ หลายครั้ง ผมสังเกตเห็นว่าความรู้สึกที่ลูกค้าได้รับจากพนักงานก็มีบทบาทสำคัญไม่น้อยไปกว่าราคาและคุณภาพสินค้าเลยค่ะ การบริการที่ดีก่อให้เกิดความประทับใจและความรู้สึกอยากกลับมาใช้บริการอีกครั้ง แต่ในบางสาขาอาจมีพนักงานที่ยังไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตรหรือให้การช่วยเหลือลูกค้าอย่างเต็มที่ ซึ่งทำให้ประสบการณ์ช็อปปิ้งลดน้อยลงไปได้ เมื่อพูดถึงกาแฟ BAO CAFÉ ที่ CJ ถือเป็นหนึ่งในเหตุผลที่ทำให้แวะมาใช้บริการประจำ เพราะนอกจากจะอร่อยและสดชื่นแล้ว การได้รับบริการที่อบอุ่นจากพนักงานจะยิ่งช่วยเสริมให้รู้สึกดีขึ้นมากๆ ด้วยค่ะ ผมคิดว่าถ้าทาง CJ มีการเพิ่มมาตรการอบรมพนักงานเกี่ยวกับการดูแลลูกค้าและเทคนิคการบริการอย่างจริงจังมากกว่านี้ จะช่วยให้ทั้งลูกค้าและพนักงานรู้สึกเชื่อมโยงและพึงพอใจมากขึ้น โดยสิ่งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่ช่วยเพิ่มความประทับใจ แต่ยังส่งผลดีต่อภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ในระยะยาวด้วย สุดท้ายแล้ว ลูกค้าไม่ได้แค่ต้องการสินค้าที่ราคาถูกหรือมีโปรโมชันดีๆ แต่ยังต้องการประสบการณ์ซื้อขายที่ดี และความรู้สึกที่อบอุ่นเมื่อเดินเข้าร้านและได้รับการดูแลอย่างจริงใจ ถ้า CJ สามารถเติมเต็มส่วนนี้ได้ ร้านนี้จะกลายเป็นตัวเลือกอันดับต้นๆ ที่ลูกค้าจะเลือกใช้บริการอย่างแน่นอนค่ะ
