hello everyone, i’ve been MIA since a little over a year ago. I was recovering from a skiing injury and then was rotting away at my previous job.

i decided it was time to interview around and was finally offered my dream job. Kitchen and Bath designing !!

Engaging with professionals in your desired field can open doors. Participating in design forums, attending workshops, or even reaching out to design specialists can offer insight and inspiration. Leveraging social media platforms can also connect you with others in the industry. Moreover, creating a compelling portfolio is essential. Showcase your skills through projects, like the engaging visuals I’ve shared from my recent work. Ensure that your portfolio reflects both your creativity and technical abilities, as prospective employers often look for versatility. Lastly, embrace vulnerability in the job search process. Sharing your true self, including your setbacks and triumphs, builds authenticity and can resonate with others. Remember, every journey is unique, and what works for one may be different for another. Prioritizing your passion, like I did with kitchen and bath design, can lead to fulfilling and successful career changes.
