Sometimes, simply expressing your feelings honestly to God—acknowledging your doubts and weaknesses—can begin to clear the 'buffering' of your faith. I encourage praying for restoration, asking God to strengthen your spiritual reception so you can hear His guidance clearly again. Incorporating daily moments of meditation and stillness into your routine can help maintain that connection, preventing your signal from weakening in the future. Remember, faith is not about constant strength but about trusting God even when you feel weak.
