「デザイン思考 フレームワーク」で検索している時って、多くの場合“アイデアの出し方”だけじゃなくて、「結局、何を基準に良し悪しを判断すればいいの？」まで知りたいことが多いなと思います。私も最初は、何時間も作り直す無限ループで、最後は自分の感覚が信じられなくなっていました。 そこでおすすめなのが、デザイン思考を“チェックの型”として使うこと。難しい言葉より、手順を固定するだけで迷いが減ります。 私がよく使う流れはこの5ステップです。 1）共感（Empathize）：誰のため？を具体化 「ママ向け講座のバナー」なら、忙しい朝にスマホで見て“3秒で理解できる”が正義、みたいに状況まで想像します。 2）定義（Define）：1行で課題を書く 例：「内容が良いのに、読みにくくて申し込みまで届いていない」。 ここが曖昧だと、配色も文字組みも全部“なんとなく”になります。 3）発想（Ideate）：解決策を3案出す この時点では上手さ不要。A案＝余白を広げる、B案＝強調の階層を整理、C案＝写真を変える…のように方向性を複数持つのがコツです。 4）試作（Prototype）：最小で作る 私はPhotoshopなら「余白」と「文字間」だけを先に直した簡易版を作ります。ここが整うだけで、全体の見え方が急に良くなることが多いです。 5）テスト（Test）：相手視点で確認 “お客さんになりきって”読みます。チェック項目はシンプルに、配色／文字組み／余白／視線誘導の4つ。視線誘導は「最初にどこを見る？次は？」を指で追うだけでも発見があります。 それでも迷う時は、比べる相手を「プロ」ではなく「昨日の自分」に戻します。SNSは完成形しか流れてこないので、焦りやすいんですよね。 デザイン思考フレームワークは、センスを増やす道具というより“判断基準を整える道具”。型があるだけで、自信の揺れがかなり減りました。必要な時にこの手順に戻って、少しずつ自分のペースで育てていきましょう。
