Be thankful for your body šš½
Verily, I say unto thee, give thanks for the temple that is thy body, and be grateful for all that it doth perform.
Seek ye always the path of progress, and not the vain pursuit of perfection.
Take heed of thine own stumblings, and learn from them, for they are but lessons along the way.
Forgive thyself swiftly, for mercy should thou grant as easily to thy soul as thou wouldst grant to others.
Know ye well the snares that tempt thee in thy food, and cultivate a new covenant with that which nourisheth thee.
Compare not thyself to thy neighbor, for each vessel is fashioned differently in the sight of the Lord.
Be steadfast and unshaken in thy journey; let not thy heart grow weary.
Cease the harsh words thou speakest within, for they burden thee more than the weight of thy toil.
Set before thee a vision that is true and reasonable, and seek after health and well-being, rather than the fleeting image of vanity.
Rejoice, whether in small victories or great, and give thanks for the fruits of thy labor, for every step forward is worthy of praise.

In today's fast-paced world, acknowledging and appreciating your body is more important than ever. Many individuals experience negative self-talk and comparisons to others, leading to unrealistic body standards. It's crucial to recognize that each person's journey is unique. Self-acceptance plays a vital role in mental health, allowing you to shift your focus from perceived flaws to your bodyās strengths. Embracing your body involves nourishing it with wholesome foods and engaging in physical activities that energize rather than punish. To forge a healthier relationship with your body, try to celebrate small victories, whether it's a workout milestone or simply feeling good in your skin. Instead of striving for perfection, aim for balance and well-being. Join communities that promote body positivity and share your journey openly. Remember, loving your body can inspire others to do the same, fostering a supportive environment where progress is valued over perfection. Let gratitude for your body guide your choices, ensuring you prioritize kindness towards yourself on your journey towards self-love.

This is something we, as followers of Christ, really need to understand. Our bodies, our words, our lives are NOT our own. The Lord has even set aside good deeds for us to. We need to be mindful of Him, just like He is mindful of us. Our body indeed a temple. That same temple is housing the Holy Spirit. Amen.
