Hiking Review Tiger Leaping Gorge (Leaping Tiger Valley) 🇨🇳🥾

Just returned from the 4-7 July trip, so I want to share the experience for those who are hesitant about whether to go well.

When we went during the rainy season, we were worried at first, I thought that it would be raining all the way, but luckily, the trip was almost rainless, comfortable walking, cool weather, clouds floating through periodically, so the view was beautiful.

Many people ask if it is difficult to hike in China? For us, it is "not as difficult as you think." If you have some exercise, you can walk continuously, you can go comfortably. The route is quite clear, there are shops, cafes and rest points at regular intervals, so you do not feel pressured.

📝 Itinerary

Day 1

Bangkok ✈️ Dali

Stop byจีน* * Erhai Lake * * Before taking a ride to Lijiang

Day 2

Lijiang → Qiaotou City

Start walking the trek through 28 arches, the highlight of the route, before staying at

The walking distance is about 10 km.

Day 3

Wake up early to see the view at the break. The atmosphere is great.

Then walk through the waterfall in the middle of the cliff to Tina's Guest House and take a ride back to Lijiang for an evening walk through the old city.

The walking distance is about 5 km, but I took a secret route, very fun, + another 10 kilos.

Day 4

Traveling to Lijiang, I ate the original hunting dog + a lot of water.

The most impressive thing is the view on the way, every time you turn to look like a wallpaper, high mountains, intricate rivers, rivers flowing below, cold weather, walking to talk, taking pictures, enjoying so many kilometers.

Another favorite is that this trip got a lot of pictures back. The profile is fine for another year. 📸

If anyone is looking for their first hiking trip, they want a spectacular view, but not too brutal. * * Tiger Leaping Gorge * * * is another place to really recommend, a fun walk, good weather, worth every step of the way, and one of the most "worth both money and experience" trips. ❤️

สำหรับคนที่กำลังมองหาทริปเดินป่าครั้งแรกที่ยังไม่อยากเจอความโหดมากเกินไป หุบเขาเสือกระโจนในจีนถือเป็นตัวเลือกที่น่าสนใจมากเลยทีเดียว โดยเฉพาะถ้าคุณชอบการเดินชมธรรมชาติที่มีวิวภูเขาสลับซับซ้อนและแม่น้ำไหลผ่านตามลำห้วย เส้นทางเดินไม่ซับซ้อนและมีจุดพักที่ค่อนข้างพร้อม ทั้งร้านค้าและคาเฟ่ทำให้สามารถเติมพลังและพักผ่อนได้อย่างสะดวกสบาย ส่วนตัวผมเองเคยไปมาในช่วงหน้าฝน แม้จะกลัวว่าฝนจะตกตลอดทาง แต่ก็โชคดีที่เกือบไม่มีฝนในตอนเดิน อากาศเย็นสบายและมีเมฆลอยผ่านเป็นระยะ ทำให้บรรยากาศดูสวยงามและไม่ร้อนจนเกินไป การมีแพลนชัดเจนเช่น การแบ่งวันเดินทางและพักผ่อนในเมืองอย่างลี่เจียงช่วยให้ทริปไม่เหนื่อยเกินไปและได้สัมผัสทั้งธรรมชาติและวัฒนธรรมเมืองเก่าอย่างครบถ้วน แนะนำให้เตรียมตัวด้วยการออกกำลังกายเบื้องต้นเพื่อความแข็งแรง เพราะแม้เส้นทางจะไม่ยากแต่ก็มีระยะเดินที่ต้องใช้พลังทั้งวัน นอกจากนี้ การเตรียมอุปกรณ์เดินป่า เช่น รองเท้าผ้าใบสำหรับเดินเทรค เสื้อผ้าแบบกันน้ำและกันลม รวมถึงน้ำดื่มและของว่างที่จะซื้อเติมระหว่างทาง ช่วยเพิ่มความสะดวกยิ่งขึ้น สำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวที่ชอบถ่ายภาพ ปลายทางนี้นับว่าคุ้มค่ามาก เพราะวิวทิวทัศน์แบบสวยงามทุกมุม ทั้งภูเขา แม่น้ำ และน้ำตกกลางหน้าผา เป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้หยิบกล้องขึ้นมาเก็บภาพได้อย่างไม่มีเบื่อ อีกทั้งบรรยากาศที่เงียบสงบ ยังทำให้รู้สึกผ่อนคลายและเชื่อมต่อกับธรรมชาติอย่างแท้จริง สุดท้าย ค่าใช้จ่ายที่ใช้ควบคุมได้ไม่สูงมาก โดยเฉพาะถ้าเทียบกับคุณภาพวิวและประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับ ทริปนี้เหมาะกับคนที่อยากลองเดินป่าครั้งแรก แต่ไม่อยากให้การเดินทางรู้สึกหนักหรือเหน็ดเหนื่อยเกินไป เป็นโอกาสดีที่ได้ลองสัมผัสธรรมชาติที่จีนในบรรยากาศใหม่ๆ และเก็บเกี่ยวความทรงจำดีๆ กับเพื่อนหรือครอบครัวได้ครบทุกด้านจริงๆ
