หลายครั้งเรามองข้ามเรื่องเล็กๆ อย่างสีถุงเท้าในแต่งกายประจำวัน ทั้งที่จริงแล้วมันมีผลต่อภาพลักษณ์และความมั่นใจของเราในสถานที่ทำงานมากทีเดียว ประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวตอนเริ่มทำงานใหม่ๆ ก็เคยสงสัยว่า "ควรเลือกสีถุงเท้าอย่างไรดี" บ้างคนแนะนำให้เลือกสีถุงเท้าตามรองเท้า บ้างก็ว่าให้เลือกตามสีของกางเกง ซึ่งหลังจากลองเลือกใส่ไปหลายแบบ ผมพบว่าการเลือกสีถุงเท้าตามสีของกางเกงในโทนเดียวกันนั้นช่วยสร้างความสมูทและต่อเนื่องในการแต่งกาย ทำให้ดูเป็นมืออาชีพและดูสุภาพมากขึ้น แต่ทั้งนี้ก็ขึ้นอยู่กับโอกาสและบริบทของการแต่งกายด้วย ถ้าเป็นงาน casual หรืองานที่เน้นความอิสระ อาจเลือกใส่สีถุงเท้าที่สดใสเป็นลูกเล่น เพื่อเพิ่มความโดดเด่นหรือแสดงความเป็นตัวเองก็ได้ สำหรับหนุ่มๆ ที่ทำงานสายธุรกิจแนะนำว่าให้หลีกเลี่ยงการเลือกสีถุงเท้าที่ฉูดฉาดหรือแตกต่างจากชุดมากเกินไป เพราะจะทำให้ภาพลักษณ์โดยรวมดูไม่เรียบร้อย นอกจากนี้ สีที่เข้ากับสีรองเท้าก็ถือเป็นทางเลือกที่ปลอดภัยและง่ายที่สุด เพราะจะไม่ทำให้สายตาสับสนหรือเกิดจุดเด่นที่ไม่ต้องการ สุดท้ายอยากฝากว่าเรื่องเล็กๆ เหล่านี้ ถึงแม้จะดูเหมือนไม่สำคัญ แต่จริงๆ แล้วเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการสร้างความมั่นใจและภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีในการทำงาน การเลือกสีถุงเท้าให้เหมาะสมไม่ได้เป็นแค่แฟชั่น แต่เป็นทักษะที่ช่วยเสริมลุคมืออาชีพของเราได้อย่างมาก ถ้าใครยังไม่มั่นใจ ลองปรึกษาโค้ชภาพลักษณ์หรือเข้าร่วมคลาสอบรมเกี่ยวกับ Business Etiquette และ Image Coaching ที่เปิดสอนเรื่องการแต่งกายควบคู่ไปด้วย จะช่วยให้เราเข้าใจและนำไปใช้ได้จริงในทุกสถานการณ์
