Middle Notes: Heliotrope, Fir Balsam

Base Notes: Benzoin, Vanilla, Praline

This smell I’m still not sure I like it yet. I’ve been told sometimes it’s good to let it sit for a bit. I don’t smell brioche or bergamot; I get more Fir Balsam and. It smells sweet but not cloying sweet. It’s a smell I’m not used to yet. Im going to give it some time to see. ❤️

... Read moreWhen trying a fragrance like Lattafa Pride Brioche Vanille, it's important to give it some time to fully develop and reveal its layers. From my experience, the initial spray often highlights the fresher, bolder middle notes—like Fir Balsam—that can overshadow the sweeter, more subtle hints such as brioche or bergamot. This can make the scent feel unfamiliar at first, especially if you're used to more straightforward vanilla or gourmand perfumes. What I found interesting is how the fragrance balances sweetness without becoming overwhelming or cloying. The inclusion of Benzoin and Praline provides warmth and a soft creamy texture, while the vanilla adds a comforting depth that lingers pleasantly on the skin. As the perfume settles, those top notes might become more noticeable, transforming the scent into something more layered and complex. For those considering adding Pride Brioche Vanille to their collection, I recommend sampling it multiple times over several hours or even days. Wear it in different environments and climates to see how it interacts with your body chemistry. It's a fragrance that grows on you and may appeal especially to individuals who enjoy subtle gourmand scents with a twist of foresty balsam freshness. Moreover, keep in mind that Lattafa perfumes, often crafted in the UAE, can offer a distinct character compared to Western brands, focusing on rich accords and innovative blends that might challenge traditional expectations. This particular eau de parfum combines natural and gourmand elements, making it a versatile choice for both daytime and evening wear. In summary, patience and repeated testing can unlock the true charm of Lattafa Pride Brioche Vanille. Don't rush your judgment—sometimes fragrances need to 'breathe' and evolve on your skin.

I’ve heard many people say this is a nostalgically comforting scent reminiscent of their childhood. I would try it, I’m just too skeptical. 😅 Has anyone tried it? Would you agree?
