Half Half Coffee: New Aesthetic Cafe in JB!
Half Half Coffee is newly opened and is still in its soft opening phase.
Loved their dark wood interior and indie playlist — very aesthetic, cosy, and great for working.
🍝 Ordered the Korean spicy penne and a hot latte.
Food was okay for me but I think I would enjoy it more without the cheese (I’m just not a cheese person 😅).
The coffee was quite mid imo.
🍰 They had a display of really pretty desserts (see last photo), didn’t get to try them this round.
One thing to note: the toilet isn’t very well-renovated. If you’re particular about toilets like me, you might want to use one elsewhere before coming 😬
Will definitely be back with friends to try more of their food and desserts!

On the beverage side, the coffee was decent but left me hoping for a bolder roast next time. The tempting dessert display caught my eye, full of beautifully crafted sweets that promise a delightful treat for future visits. A small caveat is the toilet facilities, which haven't been fully renovated yet—so if you're particular about this, it might be better to plan accordingly. Overall, Half Half Coffee is shaping up to be a great spot for cafe lovers in Johor Bahru looking for a new hangout with a modern indie vibe. I’m excited to return with friends to explore their full menu and enjoy more of what this cafe has to offer.
