Based on the steps outlined, I’d like to share some tips from my personal experience to enhance this routine. First, cleansing according to your skin type—whether oily, dry, or combination—is critical. Double cleansing at night with an oil-based cleanser followed by a water-based one is a great way to thoroughly remove makeup and impurities without stripping your skin. I’ve found that using gentle, fragrance-free cleansers helps prevent irritation. Ice facials are an amazing method to reduce puffiness and soothe the skin. I like to wrap ice cubes in a soft cloth and gently massage my face for a few minutes after cleansing. This simple step helps tighten pores and revitalizes the skin’s appearance. When it comes to toners, choosing hydrating options like the Anua Glow Recipe Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner with PHA can gently exfoliate and prep your skin for better absorption of moisturizers and serums.
