Failure to plan is planning to fail 🫶

Stop trying to wing it every damn week and expect to get results. It ain’t gonna happen.

If you’re winging it every day, it’s going to make it a heck of a lot harder to stay on track and make “better” choices

If you have meals prepped that you can chuck in the microwave and/or just remove a lid and eat (like a premade salad)… you’re more likely to come home & eat that

VS going through the drive-thru (no not saying don’t ever eat fast food) or raiding the pantry, finding yourself balls deep in a bag of goldfish… eating snacks while deciding what you’re going to make yourself. Then you open the fridge and you have a block of moldy cheese and some wilted lettuce… cuz you weren’t prepared… we all know this scenario…

When we are worn out after a long day it may not be realistic to cook a meal. If you have meals prepped (or even consider a meal prep service if cooking isn’t in the cards which btw you can skip weeks, pause, order for only one meal a day if you notice there’s a particular meal you always struggle with - it’s not a bad idea to have that to fall back on) but anyway - if you have meals already made, it’s one less thing to worry about as your week goes on. This is something my most successful clients do.
