The new-look MG4 has been launched! The starting price is less than 3.5 lakh.
The newest MG4 from SAIC Motor was pre-empted in China on August 5. It was called a major external, internal and fully integrated technology upgrade at an alarming price starting at only 73,800 yuan, or about 332,000 baht.

What makes the new MG4 particularly attractive is the preparation for the launch of a semi-solid-state battery-based model, which is the world's first to adopt this technology in a commercially produced car and will open up prices next month. This battery passes three-way penetration tests without smoke or fire. It also works well in cold weather, increasing both safety and battery life.

Typical battery models are available in two types: 42.8 kWh and 53.9 kWh, providing 437 and 530 kilometers respectively (CLTC), charging from 30% to 80%, taking only about 20 minutes, and also having a heat pump management system that allows the car to still run up to 75% of the normal distance, even at negative temperatures.

The exterior design side was completely replaced. The new MG4 is larger than its predecessor, with a length of 4,395 mm, a wheelbase of up to 2,750 mm with arrow-shaped LED taillights, 16 or 17 inch wheels to choose from, and a new gritty color like Purple Donglai or Coral Red.

Inside the car is equally advanced. With a large 15.6-inch central grail, 2.5K resolution powered by Snapdragon 8155 chips, with a variety of mobile-connected MG × Oppo Smart Mobility systems, iPhone, Android, Xiaomi or Huawei can use the phone as a key, remotely order parking, or even navigate from walk to drive without stumbling.

The seat is designed to be very comfortable, the front seat supports heating and ventilation, the back seat is leaning 27 degrees, and the seat is folded to provide a mattress space of 1.87 square meters, with 30 storage compartments, and an additional 98 liters of luggage room under the floor.

Safety matters are no less. MG4 uses Cell-to-Body technology that makes the body more robust. With IP67 and IP69K waterproof standards, ensure even heavy weight driving. There are driving aids such as 360-degree cameras, automatic parking aids, and night or rain eyesight.

SIAC reveals that this new MG4 is not just a "facelift model," but a whole car, from internal structures to mechanical batteries, that is ready to take users into the EV era.
