Gluten free snacks at the grocery store

Fall season is the best, because tonsss of goodies come out at the grocery store!! The downside about this, is most of the items that DO come out are filled with nastyyy ingredients.

If you think about it, there’s a reason why “sick season” increases during this time of the year 🤧

As someone who still wants to enjoy all the fun fall recipes, I found some alternative ones that I absolutely love & have much better ingredients!! 🍁🎃

Read moreAs the fall season approaches, it's important to find snacks that not only satisfy your cravings but also align with a healthy lifestyle, especially if you're seeking gluten-free options. Grocery stores are increasingly stocking a variety of gluten-free snacks that cater to health-conscious consumers. Utilizing ingredients like almond flour, pumpkin spice, and dark chocolate can elevate your snack game without compromising on flavor or health benefits. Look for products like Sprouts Farmers Market's gluten-free pumpkin spice baking mixes and high-protein snack bars that are ideal for on-the-go munching. Brands such as Three Wishes and UNREAL offer tasty alternatives like grain-free cereals and dark chocolate peanut butter cups, which are not only gluten-free but made with mindful ingredients that promote well-being. Incorporating almond flour and healthy fats can boost your energy and keep you full longer. For those craving something sweet, consider snacks with natural sweeteners or dark chocolate, such as protein bars that use real food ingredients without artificial additives. The goal is to enjoy the fall flavors—like pumpkin spice—while maintaining a balanced and nutritious diet. Therefore, always check the labels for hidden gluten sources and embrace the seasonal goodies that support a healthier lifestyle.
