Salmon can also be a flavorful alternative to shrimp, offering omega-3 fatty acids important for heart health. For dinner, a chicken salad accompanied by baked sweet potato fries makes for a filling and wholesome meal without excess calories. I often choose sparkling water or diet soda as a low-calorie beverage to stay hydrated. I’ve also incorporated healthy fruit bowls and smoothie snacks made with natural ingredients which are easy to prepare and refreshingly tasty. These choices not only improve digestion but also help reduce cravings for less healthy foods. Switching to these nutrient-dense meals has really helped me maintain a balanced diet and feel more vibrant throughout the day.
