Overall, I love my Ultrahuman ring to see data and trends over time!! It helps me stay accountable to getting a restful night sleep & moving my body daily. I love how in depth it tracks sleep to support your circadian rhythm, recovery & stress and movement goals!

Below is more in depth info about the ring itself taken from the Ultrahuman app.

Sleep tracking - The Sleep Index is designed to be the one single metric you need to judge your sleep health, it gives you a holistic picture of your sleep quality using several contributors like total sleep duration, resting HR, restfulness. The goal is to help you get the optimum amount of sleep, in the most efficient way possible. This way, when you wake up, you'll feel fully rested, energized and ready to tackle whatever you put your mind to.

Stress rhythm - helps you decode Stress and its co-relation with Circadian Rhythm. It understands your body's unique daily cycle of rising Cortisol levels during the day and the gradual drop as you get closer to the night. It recognizes the various circadian phases of your day and indicates when you can handle higher levels of stress vs not. Higher the Stress Rhythm Score, means that you are regulating your stress well and in sync with your Circadian Rhythm.

Movement index - The Movement Index is designed to keep you moving for optimal glucose metabolism and increase your non-exercise energy usage. The score will reset to 100 every morning, giving you a fresh chance to meet your activity goals and will change throughout the day depending on your activity. Remember, frequent activity is given higher weightage compared to moving all at once. At the end of the day, the score becomes the single metric you need to judge how active you were that day.

Recovery -The Recovery Score indicates your overall state of 'well-being' . It depends on markers like resting heart rate, hrv, temperature, sleep quality, movement and recovery.

you can also log when you start your period in the app as well and I hear they are coming out with ovulation tracking soon.

There is no monthly fee once you purchase which is awesome!

This device only connects to Bluetooth when you open the Ultrahuman app so it does not have constant connectivity like many other Bluetooth trackers.
