Bath recipe for detoxing the body 💦

This is one natural, holistic way to support the body's detoxification process!!

Not medical advice. If you're dehydrated, pregnant or have open wounds/cuts be weary of taking a hot bath.

There are many other detox baths one can take but this is what works for me using all real, natural ingredients!

- Epsom salt is packed with magnesium to relax muscles and support detox.

- Bentonite clay naturally pulls toxins out through the skin.

- Apple cider vinegar boosts detoxification and softens the skin.

Epsom salt is not only known for its high magnesium content, which aids muscle relaxation but also helps draw out toxins from the body through the skin. Bentonite clay, a powerful natural detoxifier, is perfect for pulling heavy metals and impurities, making it a staple in holistic health routines. Incorporating apple cider vinegar into your bath can further boost detoxification. Its acetic acid properties help to balance the body’s pH and soften the skin, offering additional health benefits. To create your detox bath, combine 1.5 cups of Epsom salt with 2 tablespoons of bentonite clay. Gradually add this mixture to warm bathwater while it fills, and follow up with 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar. Soak for 20-30 minutes to truly reap the detox benefits. For optimal results, consider using a bath filter to cleanse tap water of lingering toxins, improving the overall quality of your detox experience. This holistic approach can significantly reduce inflammation, relieve stress, and rejuvenate your body, making it an essential practice for anyone looking to enhance their wellness journey.

Okay first question, what is that bulb thing you have and where did you get it? I really need to do this, I give my daughter all kinds of health benefited baths. She loves oat baths. For some reason I have yet to give myself one. I don’t really like sitting in the bathtub, I feel yucky. Which is unfortunate.
