✈️ Fly into San José – Perfect place to fly into for the start of your trip and rent your vehicle. Highly recommend renting a 4x4 for the Costa Rica roads!
🌋 La Fortuna – Your first stop is all about natural wonders. Check out Arenal Volcano, do some zip-lining, visit beautiful waterfalls like La Fortuna Waterfall, look for some sloths, soak in hot springs and so much more. You have no shortage of fun here.
☁️ Monteverde Cloud Forest – We fell in love as soon as we arrived in Monteverde. Make sure you check out hanging bridges, El Tigre waterfalls, coffee and chocolate fields, hike through cloud forests and maybe do a horseback ride!
🔥 Rincon de la Vieja National Park – This is an incredible National Park full of waterfalls, beautiful hiking, wildlife, a volcano, hot springs and much more. Perfect spot for nature lovers.
🌴 Playas del Coco – Final stop - time to relax a little. This is a cozy little beach town about 30 minutes from the airport. The black sand beach is so unique and there are plenty of little spots to eat and chill out.
