SALARY TRANSPARENCY - MY INCOME STREAMS 👀
Let's be honest... everyone loves some salary transparency! It goes beyond just being nosey in my opinion. It's true eye opening and can help level the playing field. Plus if you see someone doing something you'd love to get into, you can see what the return on your time investment would be!
I'm not going to lie, I've been on social media for years however I don't have a marketing degree. I have my doctorate of chiropractic and combined those skills + expertises. My social media management business was NOT in my plan. I left my associate position after a year to move to Austin, TX for my husband's job. It was the biggest blessing. I was already running social media for the practice I was associating at and before I left I shot my shot!! I just ASKED if she'd keep me on remotely to continue running their socials and here we are a year later still working together! Things kept falling into place and now I run 7 holistic health practices social media! I've learned so much and it's been such a fun process!
For adjunct teaching, I got into this before I started my associate position. I had a 3 month break between graduation and starting my job, so I started applying. I've always wanted to be a teacher and this position is PERFECT. The courses are blueprinted (I don't have to create any course materials, tests, etc) so all I'm responsible for it class communication and grading! It is so much fun and I teach anatomy/physiology lab and lectures!
If you feel called to, share your job, location and compensation below! ⬇️ Let's be transparent and help each other out!
