I spent an afternoon just floating and enjoying the serene environment. You can really get a sense of why these springs are so vital to Florida's ecosystem. After all that kayaking and swimming, I worked up quite an appetite! For a taste of the local flavor, I checked out a spot that served incredible seafood, including some amazing crab dishes.
