Why I like Chanel N°5 🧴😍
Most people would say it smells something old people would use but I don’t think so.
for starters let’s start with the facts!!
1️⃣ Chanel No 5 Eau de Parfum by Chanel is a Floral Aldehyde fragrance for women. Chanel No 5 Eau de Parfum was launched in 1986 (but created in 1921)
2️⃣ It was inspired by women
3️⃣ It has a universal pop-culture appeal.
From Marilyn Monroe saying a few drops of Chanel N°5 was all she wore to bed to Andy Warhol’s silkscreens of the bottle, its popularity is unparalleled. Even when Paris was liberated, there were endless lines of American soldiers waiting to get the perfume to bring home to their wives
4️⃣ its unique and complex scent, created by perfumer Ernest Beaux, was groundbreaking at the time of its release and has continued to be popular for its timeless and luxurious appeal
That’s a few for now but let’s get to the notes ❤️
🪻Top notes are Aldehydes, Ylang-Ylang, Neroli, Bergamot and Lemon
🌹middle notes are Iris, Jasmine, Rose, Orris Root and Lily-of-the-Valley
🪵base notes are Civet, Musk, Amber, Sandalwood, Moss, Vanilla, Vetiver and Patchouli
Why I like Chanel N5 ?
It smells good on myself, most people will say “no you’re too young for this perfume just give it to your grandma”
I will continue to wear it.
For me it’s like a soft spring day that is uplifting yet not too overwhelming to induce a headache.
I do smell the Aldehydes,Moss,Bergamot, Vanilla and Sandalwood on me.
🌻🩷Keep in mind that everyone’s PH is different so not every perfume is going to be smelling the same like the other individual that’s wearing it! 🌻🩷
