My paycheck working at CFA Biweekly
And the fact I could of worked more but they sent me home and would cancel my shifts last minute cuz it’s supposedly been slow.
I have to fight for shifts, and they have to be day shift cuz my sibling has night school and my partner has the night shift so he can’t be picking me up after closing.
Yet they deny my shift availability 😢
I don’t know what to do I’m barely getting by atp
Literally have bills waiting at my door , and about to waste it all on animal products for my fur babies

Working at CFA (Chick-fil-A) has been an interesting journey, especially when it comes to managing finances. It's not uncommon for employees to face scheduling issues, leading to unpredictable paychecks. Many staff members find themselves fighting for desirable shifts, especially with personal commitments such as school or family obligations. The struggle to secure a decent income often causes stress, as bills pile up and expenses loom large. In today's economy, understanding how biweekly pay impacts budgeting is crucial, especially when facing unexpected cancellations or reduced hours. It's vital to plan ahead, and many employees resort to tracking their hours meticulously or communicating openly with management about their availability. Furthermore, mastering the art of financial planning amid an irregular income can significantly lessen the burden. Several strategies exist for effectively managing and saving money even with fluctuating paychecks, like creating a budget that prioritizes essential expenses and finding additional income sources when necessary. Engaging with fellow employees can also provide support and insight on best practices for navigating work-life balance while making ends meet.
