I gain muscle pretty fast from working at my F.F job and working outside a bit in the garden, scooping the litter box , and cleaning the house.

💀💀 Many people don’t realize I actually have gains at work because I wear a cardigan but am glad, so they can stop depending on me for everything.

Here are a few of my favorite exercises to do with ankle weights or bands. What’s also great about these exercises is that if you don’t happen to have ankle weights or any bands, you can simply do them without! These are also great bodyweight exercises and you’ll still be able to feel the burn.
