So far the hair mask and the water fountain had to be returned.The Hair mask was damaged but the fountain was a returned used item so I had to contacts support once again and they now gave me a proper product !
The flea / Mosquito spray had to be exchanged for a new one because there was a hole in the bottle and it leaked through the box 💀
