Poetry: ✨To the One Who’s Still Here

You are not a shadow

of the woman you used to be.

You are the becoming.

What the world never made room for.

They took your light

and asked you to dim it

so they could shine.

But still

you glowed.

They asked you to give,

and give,

and give again.

And you did

until even your breath

felt borrowed.

But still

you rose.

Not because you had to.

Not because you were built for pain.

But because somewhere, deep inside,

you remembered:

you are not disposable.

You are not someone’s half-choice

or temporary peace.

You are a home

that has always deserved protection.

If no one ever says it

I see you.

Not for what you fix.

Not for what you carry.

But for who you are

when the lights are off

and you’re still standing.

You are not too much.

You are not unseen.

You are not a backup plan.

You are the whole beginning.

Pls follow !! And like for more !!
