I do all this and I follow all of the organizing tips, and I think i am so overstimulated that the fatigue hits me so hard. Some times I feel like I can just sleep for a week. But, I have noticed I am worse if I don't keep up with hydration. Thank you for this by the way.

Tell me what the hardest aspect for you is… mine is the constant overwhelm and feeling like I snap at everything ! Leaves me with awful mom guilt 😭
