Cajun Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Mashed Potatoes 🤤❤️

Ingredients

Steak Bites:

* Ribeye steak

* Olive oil

* Slap Ya Mama seasoning

* Tony Chachere’s Creole seasoning

* Garlic powder

* Black pepper

* Onion (diced)

* Shallot (diced)

* Minced garlic

* Cayenne pepper

* Red pepper flakes

* Paprika

* Worcestershire sauce

* Butter

Mashed Potatoes:

* Potatoes

* Butter

* Heavy cream

* Salt

* Black pepper

* Garlic paste

* Parsley (fresh or dried)

Directions

For the Mashed Potatoes:

1. Dice the potatoes and place them in a pot of salted water. Boil until tender.

2. Drain the potatoes, then mash them in a large bowl.

3. Add butter and let it melt into the hot potatoes.

4. Stir in heavy cream, salt, black pepper, garlic paste and parsley. Mix until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

For the Steak Bites:

1. Cut ribeye steak into bitesized cubes.

2. In a bowl, toss steak with olive oil, Slap Ya Mama seasoning, Tony’s, garlic powder, and black pepper. Set aside.

3. Heat a skillet over medium high heat with a little olive oil. Add steak bites and sear on all sides to your preferred doneness. Remove from pan and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté.

5. Add diced shallots and onions. Cook until softened.

6. Season with Slap Ya Mama, Tony’s, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, and paprika. Stir well.

7. Return the steak bites to the skillet. Add Worcestershire sauce and toss everything together. Cook for another 1–2 minutes, or until desired.

Plate a serving of mashed potatoes, then top with the Cajun garlic butter steak bites. Enjoy!
