👍Tips to stay Hydrated😉

°Spend a little extra on a good insulated Yeti cup or something similar that keeps cold drinks cold all day. Keep it as close as you keep your phone and make a habit of taking it everywhere you go, refilling as needed. To the gym, to the grocery store, to take the kids to school-if you're in the vehicle make sure you're cup holder is putting in work.

°Don’t wait until you're thirsty to drink water. Feeling thirsty, Dry/Cracked lips, and muscle aches are all signs of dehydration.

°Eat foods that are naturally hydrating.  🍉🥥🍊Fruits and vegetables with high water content can also contribute to your daily water intake.

°Avoid caffeine and alcohol: Both can cause dehydration by increasing urine production. When you do indulge on that $17 Mochacrappawhatee or decide to go for a drink with friends, try to drink a glass of water per beer or mixed drink. This will help avoid a hangover the following day as well.

°Add flavor to your drinking water: Try adding natural flavors such as lemon slices, mint leaves, or cucumber slices.
