The Minnesota Timberwolves landed at in the all-time NBA franchise rankings.

It might seem surprising to see them this low, especially with their recent success. However, the Timberwolves have generally been a struggling franchise throughout their history.

They still hold the lowest winning percentage in the league and have had very few playoff appearances or victories, even with their recent Western Conference Finals run.

Despite this, Minnesota has achieved five consecutive winning seasons and is arguably in the best position the franchise has ever been.

What’s striking today is the Timberwolves’ progression—five consecutive winning seasons led by a promising starting five, including stars like Karl-Anthony Towns and Anthony Edwards, the franchise leader in three-pointers made. This blend of youth and experience suggests the franchise is building toward more consistent success.
