Homemade Pecan Carmel Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients: *Makes 12, (5 ounce cookies)

2 eggs

1 cup unsalted butter softened

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup light brown sugar

3 cups flour

12 ozs dark chocolate chips

6 ozs caramel morsels

3/4 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350F

Use a stand mixer with a paddle attachment on a low speed, and mix together flour, sugars, salt, baking soda, eggs, butter, until well combined and a dough has formed.

Using your hands fold in chocolate chips, Carmel and pecans until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Place parchment paper on to a cooking sheet, then use a weight scale for measuring each dough ball to 5 ounces each. Place them about 3 inches apart as they will need room to bake down/spread.

Bake for 15 mins, then pull out and gently flatten them out with a rubber spatula. Allow to cool for 3 mins on pan, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely, or serve warm.
