🛒 Ingredientes:
•Pechuga de pollo, cortada en cubos
•Coles de Bruselas, limpias y partidas a la mitad
•Champiñones, en láminas
•Cebolla, picada
•Ajo fresco, picadito
•Un poco de aceite de oliva
•Ajo en polvo
•Cebolla en polvo
•Paprika
•Orégano
•Salsa de soja
•Sal y pimienta (opcional)
•Heavy cream
•Queso mozzarella
•Queso parmesano
•Queso crema
👀Todos los sazonadores son al gusto y puedes sustituirlos por otros.
👩🍳 Procedimiento
1️⃣ Corta el pollo en cubos. Limpia y parte las coles de Bruselas, lamina los champiñones y pica la cebolla.
2️⃣ Precalienta el horno a 375°F (190°C).
3️⃣ En una bandeja o sartén apto para horno coloca el pollo, la cebolla, los champiñones y las coles de Bruselas. Agrega el ajo picadito y un chorrito de aceite de oliva.
4️⃣ Sazona con ajo en polvo, cebolla en polvo, paprika, orégano y un poco de salsa de soja, todo al gusto. Mezcla bien.
5️⃣ Hornea hasta que el pollo esté medio cocido.
6️⃣ Retira del horno, añade la heavy cream y cubre con el queso mozzarella y parmesano.
7️⃣ Regresa al horno por 10–15 minutos, hasta que el queso esté derretido y burbujeante.
