Tacos tipo wrap 🌮🔥👩🏻‍🍳

Así se hacen estos tacos que quedan demasiado buenos 👀

📝 Ingredientes

• Carne molida

• Tortillas de harina

• Queso rallado

• Tostadas (tipo nacho grande)

• Lechuga

• Tomate

• Sour cream

Para el sofrito:

• Cebolla

• Ajo

• Pimentón

• Tomate

• Especias al gusto

Para el guacamole/ensalada:

• Aguacate

• Tomate

• Cebolla

• Cilantro

• Sal

👩‍🍳 Procedimiento

• En un sartén, haz el sofrito con cebolla, ajo, pimentón y tomate. Agrega las especias y deja que agarre bien el sabor. Incorpora la carne y cocina hasta que esté bien hecha.

• Prepara el guacamole o ensalada mezclando aguacate, tomate, cebolla, cilantro y sal. Dale una meneadita y listo.

• En un sartén, coloca queso rallado y encima agrega la tortilla para que el queso se derrita y se adhiera. Dale la vueltica y cuando esté doradita, retira.

• Coloca la carne sobre la tortilla, luego la tostada, sour cream, lechuga y tomate.

• Cierra formando el wrap llevando los bordes hacia el centro.

• Llévalo a un sartén antiadherente y dóralo por ambos lados hasta que esté bien sellado.
